These terms govern your use of Flushers Golf (flushersgolf.com), operated by Flushers Golf, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. By subscribing to or using our service you agree to these terms in full.

1. THE SERVICE
Flushers Golf provides online golf coaching via video swing analysis. Members submit swing videos via WhatsApp and receive personalised video feedback from a golf professional within 48 hours. The service is provided for educational and coaching purposes only.

2. FREE TRIAL
All new members receive a 7 day free trial. Your card is required to start but will not be charged until day 8. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing. Only one free trial per person. Flushers Golf reserves the right to refuse a free trial at its discretion.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
Memberships are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on your billing date. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days notice to active members. You can view, manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal at billing.stripe.com/p/login/6oUfZhb0Pgk05y8gMaf3a00

4. CANCELLATION
Cancel anytime through your billing portal. No cancellation fees. No lock-in contracts. You retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on monthly or annual subscriptions once payment has been processed. If you believe there has been a billing error please contact us at hello@flushersgolf.com within 7 days and we will investigate promptly. Flushers Golf reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6. COACHING CREDENTIALS AND RESULTS
Flushers Golf works with a team of golf professionals with varying levels of qualification and experience including PGA certified coaches, touring professionals and highly experienced players. Not all coaches hold formal PGA certification. All coaches are carefully selected based on their demonstrated ability to deliver high quality swing analysis and feedback.
Flushers Golf makes no guarantee that any specific coach will review your swing. Coach availability may vary and we reserve the right to assign the most appropriate coach for your submission at our discretion.
Results described in testimonials and marketing materials reflect individual member experiences and are not guaranteed. Improvement in golf performance depends on many individual factors including practice frequency, physical ability, consistency of application and pre-existing skill level. Flushers Golf makes no representation that any member will achieve any specific result or handicap improvement.

7. FEEDBACK TURNAROUND
We aim to deliver all swing feedback within 48 hours of receiving your video. During periods of high demand this may extend to 72 hours. Members on the Serious plan receive priority turnaround where possible. Turnaround times are targets only and do not constitute a guarantee. Flushers Golf is not liable for delays caused by technical issues, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

8. YOUR CONTENT
By submitting swing videos to Flushers Golf you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that footage for coaching purposes. We will not share your videos publicly without your explicit written consent. You confirm that any videos you submit are your own and do not infringe the rights of any third party. You retain ownership of your submitted content at all times.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must be 18 or over to subscribe. You may not share your membership, login or coaching feedback with others. Each subscription is for one individual golfer only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is being shared or misused without refund.
You agree not to:
– Use the service for any unlawful purpose
– Submit content that is offensive, defamatory or inappropriate
– Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of our service
– Harass or abuse any coach or member of our team

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on flushersgolf.com including text, design, branding, coaching videos and materials is the intellectual property of Flushers Golf. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of our content without prior written permission.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Flushers Golf provides coaching guidance and swing analysis for informational and educational purposes only. Coaching feedback represents the professional opinion of the reviewing coach and is not a substitute for in-person professional instruction.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Flushers Golf and its coaches are not liable for:
– Any injury, loss or damage arising from following coaching advice
– Any failure to improve golf performance
– Any technical issues affecting delivery of the service
– Any indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind
Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 3 months prior to the relevant claim.

12. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Golf involves physical activity. By using our service you confirm you are physically fit to participate and have consulted a medical professional if you have any concerns about your health. Flushers Golf is not responsible for any injury sustained while practising drills or advice provided through our coaching service.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a complaint or dispute please contact us first at hello@flushersgolf.com and we will work to resolve it within 14 days. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

14. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide a reliable and consistent service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend, modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to active members. In the event of permanent discontinuation of the service we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active members of any material changes via email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available at flushersgolf.com/terms.
